Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Product

  Place your Bearaby product back into its original organic cotton bag and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it stays clean during transit.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
